Memberships & Passes

Mountain Bike Day Pass

If you are not an MTA member, a day pass is required for mountain biking on any of the Millstone Trails. Maintaining the trails requires lots of work, material, and tools. Your day pass purchase goes directly to the trails, giving our trail crew the resources they need to build the trails you ride. Thank you again for enjoying and helping to support the Millstone Trails.

Millstone Trails Association is a non-profit organization that maintains the Millstone Trails, a network of non-motorized recreational trails in Central Vermont. Our trails traverse 1,500 acres of diverse and dramatic terrain, among historic quarries, New England villages, and regenerating forests.  If you like our trails, whether it be for walking, biking, skiing, snowshoeing, photography, history, or just enjoying the scenery, we encourage you to become members of the Millstone Trails Association.

Association memberships and mountain bike day passes are the source of funding that keep the Millstone Trails open.  100% of these funds go directly to trail maintenance, primarily materials and tools, maintenance of parking at two locations (Church Hill and Little John Roads) and a facility that provides changing areas and a bathroom, plowing parking lots and grooming trails in the winter, and the administrative expenses of operating a public recreation area.  Thank you for enjoying and supporting the Millstone Trails.

Memberships and mountain bike day passes can be purchased online (below) or in our welcome center at 34 Church Hill Road, Websterville, VT.  If you purchase here online, print out your receipt or save it on your cell phone, and present it at the desk when you arrive at Millstone.  You will be issued your membership or pass as well as a trial map.  Purchasing on site is the same process, only without needing to bring a receipt.
